I’m Ashlyn Perdue, the owner of Valued Notary Services, a faith-led mobile notary and loan signing business serving Sacramento and the surrounding areas. At the heart of my work is a simple belief: how people are treated in important moments truly matters.

Before becoming a notary and loan signing agent, my professional background was in customer service. I spent years working directly with people in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments, where clear communication, patience, and professionalism were essential. That experience taught me how to listen well, explain information clearly, and bring a sense of calm to situations that can feel overwhelming. Today, those same skills define how I serve clients at the closing table.

My transition into notary work was more than a career change — it was a calling. After overcoming personal challenges and experiencing a life-changing encounter with God, I felt led to build a business that reflected both professional excellence and faith-driven purpose.
